How to remove A-fast Antivirus

A-fast Antivirus is not legitimate security applications, it is dangerous computer parasite. The program can not remove viruses, trojans, etc., nor will be protect your computer from legitimate future infections. A-fast Antivirus created with one purpose to trick you into purchasing the full version of the software. Avoid downloading or buying this program!

What A-fast Antivirus does

When the program installed and started, it will register itself into Windows registry to run automatically every time when your computer loads. After that, A-fast Antivirus simulates a system scan and reports false infections to make you think your computer is infected with trojans, spyware, adware, worms and other malicious software. Obviously, such results are a fraud, the program want to force you to believe that your computer is infected.

What is more, A-fast Antivirus may block legit antivirus and antispyware applications from running and flood your computer with fake security alert and notifications from Windows task bar.

How to remove A-fast Antivirus


1. Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware. Mirror location is here.
2. Double click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
3. When installation is complete, make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
4. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
5. Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
6. When the scan is done, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
7. Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
8. Once disinfection is finished, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.
