Control Center is a fake Windows optimization suite
Control Center is a fake Windows optimization suite from the same family as Privacy Center. The program is classified as fake (rogue) program because it installed through the use of malware and uses false scan results and fake warnings as method to scare user into thinking that the computer have a lot of problems with various components of Windows.
